Withdrawal Information
Information on the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers purchasing paid TRAWESO learning products.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer and have a statutory right of withdrawal, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement:

You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory. It is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse payments received for the withdrawn contract without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal notice. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, reimbursement is made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Digital performance before the withdrawal period ends
TRAWESO normally makes course content and interactive digital functions available immediately after successful purchase if you request immediate performance at checkout.
Digital content
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may expire once performance begins if you expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period ends, acknowledged that this causes loss of the right of withdrawal, and we supplied the legally required contract confirmation.
Digital services
Where the contract concerns a service and you requested performance during the withdrawal period, you may be required by law to pay an appropriate amount for services already supplied if you later withdraw. For paid services, the right of withdrawal generally expires only after full performance where the statutory conditions, including prior express consent and acknowledgement, are met.
A TRAWESO learning product may combine digital content and digital services. Checkout therefore collects the declarations required for the specific product separately and transparently.

For electronic submission, a handwritten signature is not required where the statement clearly identifies the person withdrawing and the contract concerned.
