Terms of Use

1. Provider and scope

TRAWESO is provided by EUROPE SOFTWARE PARTNER AND PAYMENT SOLUTIONS OÜ, Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia. These Terms apply to free and paid use of the TRAWESO website and learning platform. Consumers are additionally covered by the Consumer Terms and mandatory statutory protections.

2. Service

TRAWESO is a digital learning platform for AI, automation and related digital skills. Depending on the course, it may include interactive content, knowledge checks, adaptive learning paths, AI-assisted feedback, simulated shell or file-editor environments, final assessments and certificates. The specific scope is described on the relevant course page.

TRAWESO provides the described learning service but does not promise a particular professional, economic or examination outcome.

3. Account and access

Learning products generally require a personal user account. Credentials must be kept confidential and may not be shared. An account may only be used by the registered person unless an organization or multi-user arrangement has expressly been agreed.

Persons under 18 may purchase paid products only with valid consent or approval from their legal representative.

4. Free and paid courses

“Understanding AI and Using It Effectively” is currently offered free of charge. “Intro to Agentic Coding with Claude Code” is currently offered for a one-time price of €59 with 365 days of access from successful purchase. The product and price information displayed at checkout at the time of ordering is authoritative.

At launch, these courses do not require a subscription. Individual course purchases do not renew automatically.

5. Order and payment

A paid contract is formed when the user completes the checkout step clearly marked as creating a payment obligation and TRAWESO confirms the order or activates access. Payments are processed by Stripe. The total price and applicable VAT are shown before the order is submitted.

6. Learning logic and assessments

Courses may contain prerequisites, sequencing and pass thresholds. Unless a course states otherwise, a next lesson may require a knowledge check or assessment score of at least 90%. Retries, hints and additional exercises may form part of the learning logic.

Scores within TRAWESO are product-level learning and capability signals. They are not state examinations or professional licensing assessments unless a specific course expressly states otherwise.

7. AI features

AI tutor, adaptive explanations and automated feedback may use generative models. Outputs can be incomplete, misleading or factually wrong. Users must independently verify outputs before legal, medical, financial, safety-critical or otherwise consequential use.

AI features do not replace professional advice. Users must not submit content they are not legally entitled to process or transmit to the relevant service.

8. Simulated learning environments

Shell, file-editor and workflow exercises may be simulations. Commands and files inside such exercises normally affect only the learning simulation unless the interface expressly identifies a real isolated training environment.

9. Certificates

TRAWESO may issue digital completion or capability certificates for eligible courses after the requirements stated for that course have been met. A TRAWESO certificate is a private learning record issued by the provider and is not a state accreditation, university qualification, AZAV approval or professional licence unless this is expressly and verifiably stated for a specific product.

10. Rights in learning materials

Learning content, designs, software, exercises, illustrations and other materials are protected by copyright or other rights. Course access grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the materials for individual learning during the access period. Redistribution, public sharing, systematic copying or commercial reuse requires permission.

User-created answers, uploads and content generally remain with the user. The user grants TRAWESO the rights necessary to technically process, assess and provide the learning function.

11. Acceptable use

Prohibited uses include unlawful content or acts, attacks on systems, circumvention of access controls, automated scraping outside approved interfaces, account sharing, manipulation of assessment or certificate data, and use of the platform to distribute malware or spam.

12. Availability and changes

TRAWESO may update learning content to keep it current, secure and technically compatible. Material changes to paid digital products are made subject to applicable consumer-law requirements. Maintenance, security measures and failures of infrastructure or third-party providers may temporarily affect availability.

13. Termination and suspension

Users may close their account through available account functions or support. Paid course access ends when the stated access period expires unless statutory rights require longer availability. Serious breaches may result in access being restricted or suspended after appropriate review; mandatory consumer rights and accrued claims remain unaffected.

14. Liability

Statutory liability rules apply. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory liability, including liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights.

15. Governing law

Estonian law applies. For consumers, mandatory protections of the law of their habitual residence remain unaffected where applicable under private international law. For business customers, the courts at the provider's registered office may be agreed as the forum where legally permitted.
