Consumer Terms
Additional information and terms for consumers using or purchasing TRAWESO courses.
1. Contracting party
Your contracting party is EUROPE SOFTWARE PARTNER AND PAYMENT SOLUTIONS OÜ, Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia. Contract questions: hello@traweso.com.
2. Main characteristics
TRAWESO provides digital learning products for AI and automation. Depending on the course, services may include structured learning content, interactive exercises, knowledge checks, adaptive support, optional AI features, simulated learning environments and completion records. The specific course description forms part of the pre-contract information.
3. Prices
“Understanding AI and Using It Effectively” costs €0. “Intro to Agentic Coding with Claude Code” currently costs €59 one-time and includes 365 days of access from successful purchase. Consumer prices include applicable VAT. The binding total price is displayed again at checkout before any paid order is submitted.
4. Contract formation
Displaying a paid course is not yet acceptance of an order. A contract is formed when you complete the checkout step clearly marked as creating a payment obligation and we electronically confirm the order or activate course access. Contract confirmation is provided electronically.
5. Payment
Payment is processed through Stripe using the payment methods offered in checkout. Charges are made according to the selected method. Individual courses do not renew automatically.
6. Delivery and duration
Access to a paid individual course starts after successful payment confirmation and runs for 365 days from purchase. Free courses remain available while the relevant free offering is operated; accrued statutory rights remain unaffected. Technical requirements are a current web browser, internet access and a personal TRAWESO account.
7. Digital products and statutory rights
Consumers retain the statutory rules applying to digital content and digital services, including remedies for non-conforming supply and required updates. These rights are not restricted by the Terms of Use.
8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details, consequences and a model withdrawal form are provided in the Withdrawal Information. If you request digital performance to begin before the withdrawal period ends, legally required declarations are collected separately at checkout.
9. Certificates and recognition
A TRAWESO certificate only confirms the completion and capability requirements recorded within the platform. It is not a state or public-law qualification and is not an AZAV measure unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific product.
10. Contract language
TRAWESO is offered in German and English. For a German-language checkout, the German contract version applies; for an English-language checkout, the English version applies, subject to mandatory law.
11. Complaints and alternative dispute resolution
Please send complaints first to support@traweso.com. The former EU ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. Information on alternative dispute resolution is available at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. Depending on statutory competence, the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee may also be available.
